Shipping and tracking incorrectly calculated

Hello,

There is an error on the Shipping and tracking section for the Etsy Star Seller. Aparently, I have two orders that have missing tracking info but when you go to the orders completed section both (and all of my orders) have their respective tracking number. Therefore, I have 82% of criteria met for this particular instead of having 100%. Also, sales are not reflecting in the Sales section either.

Please help to get this fixed

This glitch has been affecting sellers for a while now seems to affect some but not others, you will have to have Etsy check your account for it to be rectified

Hello there,

As of March 21, our engineers updated all USPS shipping labels that were purchased since the start of this issue. All labels that were stuck in the ‘Pre-Transit’ state due to this issue are now displaying the proper tracking information. You will also see these updates reflected in your Star Seller Shipping Score. For more information about this, you may check out this Forums Announcement.
