I would like to know how to remove dispatches from a small business in highlight. I see other sellers don't have this part, is there an option I can click? Thanks for your help.
You can't. Etsy decides who gets it and who doesn't.
I'm pretty sure we only see that in our own shop.
I've seen it in others shops when
The seller ships from the same state as you (if US)
or same country as you (i.e. UK).
Pretty sure it doesn't show when shipping from the same country for US buyers/sellers because of the size of the US.
I have it. Have had it for months. It's Etsy's decision and can only be removed by Etsy.
