I have six shipping profiles and had changed all of them to a custom processing time while I was away. I’m now trying to change them back to my standard processing time, which is 3-5 business days. Two of the six changed fine, but the others won’t allow me to change them. There’s no error message, but I’m not able to save the profile. I’m using a browser (hate the app), have cleared cache and everything else I can think of.
Anyone else with this issue?
Never mind. I figured out that if I made one additional change to the profiles (I deleted the last number of my zip code, retyped it, then saved with the new processing time set), it worked.
