Update not downloading

We use android phones. It wants me to update but when I do it says it can't complete the update. I did all the things it told me to try, and even removed and tried to reinstall the app. Now it won't reinstall the app at all. I have no way to keep up with my store when I'm not on my computer. I've contacted Etsy for help but have not heard from anyone on this issue. I need help! My shop will suffer if I don't have access to it when I'm out. I use my phone for a lot on Etsy. Help please!

@HominyCreekMarket  - There have been other threads on the problem. 
Check your phone to be sure you don't have the old Etsy app installed I think it's the orange one, not the blue one? Sorry not an app user.)

Anyway, many said that uninstalling this old app allowed them to download the new one.
