Hello, I reached out to Etsy via chat regarding my Star Seller Badge -- specifically the Shipping On Time statistic. I have an order that was placed on my shop June 10 and it was shipped within the window. A tracking number was assigned and posted when shipped (automatically from my POD partner). Etsy's Star Seller report is showing a missing tracking number for that order, incorrectly reflecting a 95% shipping on time statistic. However, when you look at the order, the tracking number is clearly there. When I spoke with the Etsy rep on June 22, they advised that they saw the same thing, that there must be a 'glitch', and that my question has been sent to the engineering team for further review. I have since heard nothing, and my shipping statistic remains unchanged. It should reflect 100% -- how can I get this resolved?
I think you have to keep chasing Etsy. If you opened a ticket about this, just use that same ticket and reply I still need help. I don't think Etsy do any of their own chasing so it could be languishing with the engineering team.
Etsy rarely changes anything to do with Star Seller. When it is passed on to another "team" you are unlikely to ever hear from them again, it is just a way to end the communication.
@AllOverWild: "... when you look at the order, the tracking number is clearly there ..." What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).
If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
The suggestion has been made to NOT mention Star Seller but keep it strictly a support request about tracking.

I do have the proof that the shipping link in the order does indeed show the tracking information. I do not understand why Etsy is not responding to a confirmed glitch on their back end?
@AllOverWild: You appear to have the shipping badge for July, so has the problem been resolved?
If not, have you checked the latest version of the CSV file? Your initial post said "Shipping On Time statistic" which is separate from the "Shipped With Tracking" metric. Could that be the issue?

I have a bug on shipping, it doesn't let me put under 1 pound... for the weight. Is there any body with this issue?
My issue is fixed I just had to leave the box blank ...
