I just received an email stating that our star seller status was not approved because we are not meeting the 4.8 average star reviews as required. I have looked over our reviews for the past year, and every review is 5 stars. It looks to me like there was an error in calculating our status, and I request that this be corrected as soon as possible.
The SSB takes into account the last 3 months of reviews. For July's star, April, May and June's reviews are counted. Unfortunately, your last review was in March.
Star seller criteria is based on the most recent 3 months, meaning in order for you to have received the star today your reviews from April, May and June were considered.
Unfortunately you have zero reviews during that time, making your shop ineligible for SS at this time.
The 12-month period you refer to are for your general shop stars; they have nothing to do with the SS program.
Star seller is calculated on 3 months not a year. You have no badges which means you did not make the required $300 for April, may and June

Look again.
She has the message and shipping badges.
