Anyone else having this problem?

I have been trying for a few days, and keep getting this message. I have contacted Etsy support via chat, but didn't really get an answer or a time frame of fixing.
I bought and printed labels this morning with no problems.
I was unable to purchase a FedEx label on Monday and issue continued on Tuesday. I received the same message. I changed it to USPS, just a bit higher and a day slower. Because that worked and I wanted to get it shipped, I did not bother to contact Etsy.
I got that message last night when I printed my labels, but then I found my account was actually charged. I went to the order and clicked the reprint label and had no issue. I would suggest you check your etsy account and see if it actually charged you for the label or not. Be sure to ONLY use a browser though ... the problem usually only happens when using the app.
