Shipping Label 'failed to purchase'

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me?  I've spent a long time repeatedly trying to purchase two shipping labels this afternoon and I just get a message saying 'You just purchased 0 labels' and in red, 'label failed to purchase'.  I've even tried on my husband's computer and the same thing happened.  Perhaps it's an Etsy glitch?  I don't want them slapping me on the wrist with the delay in providing a tracking number!

I'm in Australia and it's never happened before, and I've been buying them for a while now.  Any suggestions I could try would be very much appreciated.

Sounds like they are temporarily unavailable.  It does happen sometimes.

"sometimes" is starting to feel like "all the time".  Having the same issue today.  Everything is filled out.  I checked the delivery service - no problems on their end.  It's Etsy.  What to do?

Same issue here in Canada and Etsy support was not able to help.  They suggested I buy the label elsewhere!?!

I am having the same issue with Canada post through Etsy, they suggested buying the label outside Etsy but I don't get the same discount my customer paid, which would competely eat my profit.

I am having the same problem in Canada. What a waste of time to try over and over, thought it was our computers. What a slap in the face when told to buy labels elsewhere. Paying much higher postage elsewhere which cuts into my already little profit. One would only hope they notify us when fixed!

I am in Canada. I can not purchase shipping labels today through Etsy. So frustrating!!!
