Shipping Label Receipts won't print

Hopefully I have this posted in the correct category. For 8 years I have always been able to print a postage receipt for each label I purchased. Today for some reason when I click on "Print Postage Receipt", no dialog will pop up, it is like the link is invalid. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I am having the same issue.  It started today.  I can't print a receipt for a label I just purchased, or one for an older order....nothing!

I reached out to Etsy support through the chat and they couldn't solve it with basic troubleshooting, and so it has been escalated.  I suggest doing the same because the more of us reporting this, the sooner I hope it will get fixed!

I can't download or print more than one label at a time Etsy support no help

Yes, I am having the same problem. Support sent me a pdf for the label. Told me how to print invoice for buyer. They do not understand what I need.  Help!

I am having the same problem, and escalated to Etsy tecnical support, waiting to hear back.

I'm getting around it so far by printing a label and then printing another label on plain paper for my bookkeeper with the cost of the label written on it. Normally I wouldn't worry about it, but she uses them to reconcile Etsy's report. It has been a pain and I wish they would fix it soon.

Yes I'm also still having the same problem . Had a chat conversation with someone at Etsy help they had no clue what I was talking about and it's still isn't fixed nor is there an explanation posted up on the site to explain why this is happening.

Yes having the same problem, just goes to bottom left corner of page and says waiting for etsy.com!!!!!!!!!

Hello all, I heard back from Etsyn Support, and they said they are aware it's a problem on their end and are working on a fix. Double-check yours, as mine is now working again.
