Bonjour I have to go on a trip and I would like to extend my delivery times for my orders. I am at 3/5 days and I want to move to 5/7 days. But impossible! it does not work. I have done numerous tests, I cannot change the delivery times, I think there must be a problem because a few months ago I did it without any problems.
as a work around, can you copy the shipping profile, name it something new, update the processing time, then add all the listings from the old profile into the new profile?
like we need to make more work arounds for etsy issues!!!
