I have over a dozen orders that have been delivered but are still showing as pre-transit. Some even from mid-February. This has to be affecting my shop in a negative way. Definitely won't have a star seller badge next month. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? If not, is there a customer service line that I can call? Don't laugh.
Try removing the tracking number and putting it back in. (If you are still able to edit it)
As explained in numerous other threads on this same issue, you can contact Etsy Support and get them updated.

They still show up in Etsy Star Seller stats as no tracking even after chat. And time is money. I don’t have the time to be on Etsy chat for every single order because they show pre-transit on Etsy, but show movement on USPS website. Just wish they would fix this issue.
They're now refusing to do that through support in favor of waiting for the engineering team to finish their work.

@sweetstonesjewelry There is no phone number for Etsy Support. Go to Dashboard, Community & Help, Contact Us. Go through the menus. When you get a page that says "I still need help..." click on that. You should get a Chat or Phone Callback option if you followed the prompts correctly.
You are a Star Seller, and should have the Chat bubble in the lower right corner of your Dashboard page (on a PC, no idea about mobile). Use a browser, not the App.
I just wasted another 20 minutes jumping through the Etsy help hoops and saw no chat or phone callback button.

Same problem here. One Pre-transit sale has left me a review!! Had chatted over a week ago, obviously that didn't work.
I have had a number of Pre-transit items over the years that were shipped and leave reviews. I haven’t tried to change it and it hasn’t seemed to make any difference in the end.
I have no option to chat or call, or even request a call. My only. option is to "email us" (and expect a response in 1 - 2 days. I have had one robot-response in 10 days, though I have sent multiple email, all labeled and worded a bit differently. Nothing.
