i shipped an order last week , well I can’t get my funds until it’s marked as in transit. It was marked delivered on the USPS tracking link but not in Etsy. I contacted support and tried to get in touch with chat or over the phone but there’s only the email option for me for some reason. I’m feeling hopeless on this and haven’t gotten any help.

Chat won't be able to help you with this. Go to Community &Help=>Help and pick any question. Scroll to the bottom of the answer and click I Still Need Help. Change the subject line to your problem, then tell them what your problem is. Go over to USPS and screenshot the tracking where it shows delivered. Attach that to your email with the image link. Wait to get an answer, which can take 10 days.
Chances are good the first time, you will get a canned response that doesn't address your problem. Click the I Still Need Help link in that response. Tell them everything again, and attach the screenshot again.
You might get several canned responses before a real person reads your question. Whatever they tell you to do, ignore it unless it solves your problem and keep clicking the I Still Need Help links until you no longer need help.
DO NOT start any other emails outside of this thread, or they will close your original inquiry and treat the new email as a new problem, which is then kicked to the back of the line where you will have to start all over again.
It's not available most of the time, but if you have the option to ask for a call back, that would be the fastest way to get help.
The options you get are based on what you enter in the menus. Try a different approach on the menu.
I’ve tried them all, they said email for all of them unfortunately
I was able to get ahold of them through email but it did take a few days. Hopefully they will update as delivered soon.
Mine have been the same way for about a week. I came to forum entries to see if it was a reported problem. I will let you know if I find something.
