hi...I have had my shipping time set at 1 to 2 days for years and years. I have not touched it. I just got an order and it's saying I have to ship by tomorrow. It always gives me 2 days, or more if it's on a Friday. I'm not happy about this as I've been in bed with a messed up back and would have really appreciated having the 2 days just in case I need it
I don't know if I need to go in and change anything now because of this. My other options are 1 day and 3 days. But 2 days has always worked. Anyone else getting this problem today?

A couple of others here explained what I think happened. The order was placed at the end of Monday..prob just before midnight (almost 6 pm Hawaii time) by the time I saw the order it had already switched to Tuesday for Etsy so it being due on Wed would mean 'ship by tomorrow' So now today I get up and look at it and still says ship by tomorrow..Etsy adjusted it for my time zone. Whew...crisis averted! lol
And I do know the person is from Floriday who bought it..she's a multiple return customer.
Etsy might be tinkering around with things causing these issues. In the past few months, I have had a couple "ship today" orders come up on a SUNDAY. I am in Central time, so there is no way any order should show "ship today" on a Sunday morning.

This has happened to me from time to time over the years but for me it's a Saturday ship by date. However it will always switch on me to FRIDAY at some point.
These things happen due to timezone differences between seller & buyer as well as "the clock" set by Etsy for the app vs the desktop. They aren't on the same time and that can cause a difference in what time the order was placed. It's enough to do one's head in but I know to look for it now.
I get a complete day later, that is today is 11th, but it shows 12th. This can't be a matter of time zone, because Australia is ahead of America. That is it is 10th in America.
