I have a buyer who is trying to purchase one my products, but every time she tries to check out she gets stuck on the "review" page. She's tried several times now. Is this a glitch happening to others?
That's likely a glitch on the buyer's end. There is nothing you can do to assist except suggest she try using a different browser.
I feel your buyer's pain. I'm trying to make a purchase and though the seller offers media mail shipping (it's a book), I cannot get the order page to charge me anything but Priority. So I can't checkout. I hope this isn't affecting too many of us.
