I have orders delivered as early as March 4th to present, still showing pre-transit. How can I get this fixed?

If you put anything(except an actual tracking number) into the tracking number section, it stays as pre transit forever- or at least I've not been able to get them to fix mine.
This has been going on for a while, even when the tracking numbers are correct. It is a glitch they just can't seem to get fixed
@CryzalisDesigns - I had mine fixed by Etsy support via chat.
@NanaLetha I tried that the other week in the live chat, but she wanted my digits of my bank account number, my email linked to paypal among other details which left me feeling uneasy so closed chat.
I will just keep making copies of the proof of delivery from the main postal websites and it is not affecting my stats they remain on 100%
@CryzalisDesigns - They never asked me for any bank info at all. When I sent the help request I included the transaction number.
@NanaLetha that is why I closed chat, who am I to know who they are? I know they work for Etsy but I do not know if they are hired in by an agency, working from home or something else.
I could not phantom why she need my private account details (which she could obviously see) to sort out a tracking glitch from their end
and with the many recent reports of accounts being hacked, I am giving my details to no one, rather be safe than sorry
Did you by any chance screen shot that chat?
I would be concerned too. They should have internal records of that and you should likely report it as a security incident.
