All Kinds of Weirdness Happening Suddenly

The last couple of days, I suddenly can't toggle to this shop anymore on the new Etsy app, it only allows me to see and access my other shop. Coincidently, I also suddenly get a text message with a code to put in in order to even sign into this shop on my desktop. Has anyone else experienced this recently?

2nd weird issue. This was on desktop. I am seeing a couple of random thumbnail images suddenly zoomed up to like a tiny section of my item. These are older listings that have been renewed a few times. This is happening in both shops but only one or 2 listings seem to have this weird real close up 1st listing image thumbnail image. It was showing live publicly and not just in my Listing section on my dashboard. I had to go in and edit the thumbnail again. Anyone else recently noticing this in their shop?

@asimpleknead: "2nd weird issue" This forum is full of threads about the issue you are experiencing. Maybe one of them will provide you with some insight.

Your first issue is probably due to the system seeing multiple login attempts from different devices and possibly different IP addresses. Sending you an authentication code is a legitimate security response.

As to toggling between shops, well again this forum is so full of reports of the apps not working properly that it is probably just another glitch.

Looked for one issue, older threads from Aug were all I got.
Yes, I know it's a security issue but it suddenly started right in my home, my 2nd shop has disappeared from the app. then I started receiving the validation code texts.
Lucky I rarely bother with the apps.

Are you using the App on a phone or tablet?

I use both a tablet and a laptop to be on Etsy, rarely a phone (I hate working on a small screen).  I've found that I don't like either version of the Sell on Etsy App (I prefer the use browsers on my tablet), but if I had to pick one, I'd sticm to the older one for now.

As for having two shops, if you use 2 different browser programs, then you can remain Logged in to each Etsy shop in a different browser.

OR, if you are on a desktop/laptop you can use Chrome, create 2 different profiles, and log into a separate Etsy shop for each profile. So again, you can stay logged into each one, without having to log in and out between the,

  Profiles isn't offered unfortuntately if you are using Chrome on a tablet or phone.

On my phone. I tend to always use desktop, but I liked that I can add videos to listings via the new app. I do that for this shop, on my phone. I totally cannot even add this shop back to it it seems. Oh well, maybe it will work itself out one day.

You could go back to using the old Sell on Etsy App.
