For my order breakdown on my star seller page it says that 99% of my 126 orders have shipping/tracking info listed. This is incorrect as all of my orders have been sent when this information was collected. The order in question was combined (customer made two seperate purchases and I refunded one orders shipping, and combined orders) and the tracking information was listed in both orders. Order(s) were delivered on time yet its saying it was not on my star steller page. How do we rectify this?

Yeah, lots of people have reported the issue. I have heard you can contact Chat and they can fix the ones that show "no tracking".
