Hi all! So opening my second shop yesterday but when I got to the add billing details (card details) the system (when confirm is selected) just shows an error message and highlights the 'Country drop-down menu' in the form field?
I've tried 2 different browsers and 3 different cards, but nothing gets me past this point?
Anyone else seeing this?
I had a similar problem (from the UK) and contacted support to no avail – in the end I took out my mobile phone number and it went through. Hope this helps!
The shop you are posting from? Or another?
Did you fill out country information correctly? Since it has been some time since I opened my shop I can't recall details of opening. Perhaps it is competing with the opening information used to start a shop?
Before opening a 2nd shop, I would suggest completing the first shop. Shop policies are not complete.

Hi @SparkleInYourLife! No I haven't sorted it yet. I have raised a ticket and had the generic 'check your card details' message', but nothing more.

ive also been having this issue but the removal of the phone number hasnt resolved it
