When I send a link to a product via text, when they open the link they can’t order. When I open the link, it works fine.

You might be sending YOUR link (your seller link). Make sure you look at your shop incognito and send that link.
You need to get the link from your shop public view not from your shop manager page. Just go to your shop like a shopper would and find the listing then copy that link/URL.

@threadsforfashion : When you share a link, it should be https://www.etsy.com/listing/[LISTING_ID] DO NOT include any of the characters after your listings id number.
I appreciate everyone's feedback. This is crazy - This didn't happen a few weeks ago. No matter which way I try, it does the same. What I discovered was when they receive the link and open it, it says buy with APPLE PAY. When you click on the APPLE PAY, you THEN can pick the size and color of the shirt. When I view my text (the one I send) it says "Add to cart".
Sounds like the customer is shopping on their Apple phone with Apple Pay enabled. This is an Apple feature to assist shoppers to make quick purchases. You might suggest they use a computer, or just open a browser and enter the link there.
