'Send' button not working

When I click into an order to send a message, the 'send' button remains outlined in blue and the message does not send.  Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same.  I can't respond to requests or message a buyer on a customization/send a proof.

@Dustyroadgurl  Jessica, I was able to use the Compose button in messages to create a new message; similar to email.

I am having the same issue - push the send button, it outlines the button in blue but the message goes nowhere.

Same! Can't send anything, button just doesn't work, it's clickable, but doesn't send anything!

Same issue here. Wish Etsy would stop messing with the message system!! This is getting ridiculous!

I am having the same issue.  No older thread with the buyer so it's not the same issue as before.

@Vintageartshome: There are quite a few threads in this forum about your issue. This is a very old thread about a different issue. You should probably start a new thread and also indicate if you are experiencing this using the app or a browser.

Same here.  Can't get the SEND button to work at all. I'll try the other way mentioned. Can't be a "star seller" if we can't communicate.

I have just managed to send a message so looks like it has been fixed now!

It seems you have to reload the page and then you are able to send messages
