Selling review change not reflected in star seller

I sold an item and the buyer left me a 4 star review with no comments. I messaged her to ask why she gave me a 4 star review so I could make things better. She said she made a mistake and meant to leave a 5=star review. She changed her review to 5 starts. All of my reviews are 5 stars yet my star seller shows average rating of 4.7.

Thank you.  I see all reviews as 5 star, but my star seller stats are average 4.7. Maybe it’s just timing.

That original 4 star is the one that Etsy uses for their stats. I recently read this somewhere in the handbook or in Etsy Q & A...somewhere. When it's changed, it doesn't matter, the 4 stands as far as Etsy is concerned. It works the other way too. If a customer leaves you a 5 and then decides for some reason to change it to a one star, the 5 star is what works for Etsy stats.

it will update.  I had that happen in my other shop.  if you click on the Average Rating box it will open another page and show you how many of each rating you have.  that 4 star rating will disappear and the 5 stars will be 3.

Etsy only figures star seller at the beginning of the month.  They don't/won't change it.  It should change it for next month's star, though.
