Seller Star- Tracking number is not getting accepted
Hello everyone,
My problem is: One of my customers ordered two intems within different purchases, so I packed them all toghether into one package and shipped them to her.
I put in the same tracking number into both orders.
Seller star is only accepting one number and the second order is placed on without tracking.
Seller Star points out that you can ship the two seperate orders together, but you are supposed to put in the same tracking inforamtion, as I did.
In my case it did not work. Please fix.

Are you sure that the entire tracking number was included? Are you sure that you clicked the "Complete Order" button on the bottom after entering the tracking number? I combine orders a lot and it's always worked for me, but there are several steps in the process.

Make sure there are not errors or missed numbers in the tracking number area of the 2nd order. If anything there does not match the existing bar code, the system says no tracking.
I made the same error missing a digit. Once i corrected, the syste corrected itself.
