When I'm in the app and try to delete a variation option, the app always locks up and I lose any changes I've made. The only way I'm able to delete options is on my laptop. Anyone have this issue and/or have a workaround?
We do all of our work on desktop and never use the app (except for the shop update section which is only available on the app) but there are a number of threads about issues with the app. The consensus seems to be "use a browser not the app".
It may be helpful to mention which app you are having this issue with. Etsy now has 2 seller apps. The old sell on Etsy app and a newer version they have rolled out recently.
