Seller Dashboard shows Suspended but no information why

I recovered my account in 2020 and since then I find that I show my account is suspended again without any email notification to the email on file. Yes I've checked spam. I followed the steps to Enroll in Etsy pay as it required and saved everything. I was enrolled, but it keeps telling me to fill out the form again even though bank was verified through Plaid.

How do I get this annoying Suspended red block off my sellers dashboard?

When I try to appeal it tells me there's nothing on my account that would require an appeal.

I have logged out and back in since enrolling in Etsy pay.

You haven't been on in quite some time.  Etsy eliminated PayPal as a stand alone about 5 years ago.  You will need to contact Etsy and use Etsy payments.  That's why you are suspended.

So, I did the enrollment steps for the 10th time in an incognito window for Chrome and it finally took. A technical bug appears to have been the issue with the website. Thanks
