Security Verification

Jump to solution

I was working on a couple of new listings and had reduced the listings to my dock until I could get back to them.

When I reopen them there is a security check whereby you have to slide puzzle pieces together for verification.

The puzzle pieces do not slide together and therefore it will not complete the verification process.

After trying several times to complete the puzzle you eventually have to close the window and lose the listing.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I was asked to do the puzzle verification today and was startled at first as I wasn't sure if it was from Etsy.

I have not seen this yet, but I was having reCAPTCHA problems earlier with a new mobile device and it just took me in circles for nearly an hour

Maybe try clearing your  browser cache?
