CAPTCHA help - stuck in endless loop

Good morning all.. I am setting up a new mobile phone, and I cannot log in to any Etsy app. I keep getting stuck in this endless "captcha" loop after toggling the "I am not a robot" option. I have been unsuccessfully trying to login to the seller app for the last 20 minutes, with no end in sight. Having the same issues with the buying app. And some of the captcha images are so grainy and blurry, you can't even make out what's in them.

Does anyone have any tips to get through this? Thanks!

Are you logged in elsewhere at the same time?  If so, log out of there first.   

Can you not import your settings to your new phone from your old phone?  I recently got a new phone and cloned them so all my apps were available. 

Maybe try a Google search.

I figured it out, I think. I did have the phone-to-phone transfer done, and it still asked me to log in.

I then figured I would try deleting all app data from both the seller and buyer app on the new phone, and make like it was starting from scratch. I still had to do the captcha several times but it eventually "took", and then it finally sent me the 2FA code via text message so I could login for real   : |

What a pain, lol. I got a new laptop like 2 months ago and did not have to go through this for logging in, it only wanted to do 2FA through texting a code.

That's great news!  Having new devices is always a bit of a challenge.

@JJewellerySuppliesUK it is! I have the Microsoft authenticator app for my college login, and having to re-authenticate and add the new device was not fun lol

I have also had success with changing my browser. Foxfire seems to be better than Brave for me.
