Security Code Problem

Hi,

I tried to log out of Etsy and log back in, but it asked me to enter a 6 digit security code. However, I never received this code. I have tried to resend the code many times, but I still cannot access it.

nevermind..that was stupid.  *delete*   If you can't log in you can't access your account email info! If you have more than one email, check the others incase it was one of those attached to your account. see if you can access via a different browser..it may be a glitch.

No, I am registered with only one email and notifications always come to this email address. I always log in with the same browser.

click avitar top right

my profile

click on your shop name

that should take you to your store front, and then click on the shop icon top right
