Sections not showing all items assigned?

Hi everyone!

My shop's got a few sections for things but for some reason, my listings aren't showing up in the sections when I add them. For example, one of my sections says it has 2 items assigned to it, but when I click on the section I can only see one of them. Another section says it has 6 listings but when I click on it there's nothing there. In my shop manager all my listings are showing up in the correct sections, this only happens when I view my shop. I've tried deleting and remaking all my sections and reassigning my listings to them, which didn't seem to work.

I'm wondering if anyone's got a solution for this before I contact support about it?

I went to your shop and the items in the sections came and went.  Sometimes there would be nothing and then items would suddenly appear or they would be there and vanish while I was watching, but it was never the number of items the section said.  It is really strange.  Sorry, can't think of anything to fix the problem.

I just looked at my shop from the app and it's even worse - I can only see one of my listings! It's telling me my shop is on vacation mode but only when I look at certain listings. Really weird... I'm going to try turning vacation mode on and off again and see if maybe it clears the message.

Hi again everyone, I was able to fix the issue so I thought I'd comment the solution I found in case anyone else has the same issue!

So for some reason, when I took my shop out of vacation mode around a week ago, only some of my listings actually came out of vacation mode and the rest were still somehow marked as unavailable even though I had updated and renewed everything I needed to. I guess the way this showed up on my shop was to show all my listings under "all" but only some of them under the other sections, but it still retained the number of active listings I had in each section before I put my shop on vacation mode. I think maybe this had something to do with the fact that I used the app to take my shop off vacation mode - while searching around for solutions I read a few people were having issues with the app and vacation mode so this is my best guess.

So to fix it literally all I had to do was put my shop back on vacation mode, wait a few minutes, then take it off vacation mode again. I did this from my computer this time rather than from the app. I hope this can help anyone who may be having the same issue!!

Thanks for this info!  This happened to me today for the first time ever...my shop was on vaca mode until yesterday and I noticed that over 200 listings were not visible.  After reloading the page numerous times, they finally all re-appeared!  No idea why, but this did fix it.

I had same issue. I was never in vacation mode but I just changed the quantity available and then "poof" it appeared. Thans for the original post as if I did not read it I wouldn't have thought of it. Note I tried just assigning to a different section where it did show up but it just refused to show up in the section I wanted. I blame gremlins.

@SalicosCrafts  Just checked on laptop and Buyer app - I'm seeing " All = 9" - in both, but 6, 2, and 2 in the sections, which should add to 10.

Not sure what's going on.  You could try deactivating (NOT deleting) all your items, then re-activating.  That was a fix for past issues after vaca mode.  Wouldn't hurt to try.
