Wrong Expiration Date

I did not begin making millefiora jewelry until June 2025.  I have an item that is expired.  Getting a little bit tired of this.  What do I do but write Etsy?

I did a search within your shop and see one that you listed in April.

Ok, I did find that one.  I know at that time I was not into millefiori in knowing much about the beads.  The rest were made later.  But thank you so much.  A few months ago lots of our listings were expiring ahead of time and I spent money renewing them.

You listed two on July 24.  Are those the ones you are talking about?  Do you create new or do you use copy?  Copy creates a new listing and gives a new expiration date.  Do you take a listing and edit it for a new item?  If so then that will expire on the date set for it which may be less than 4 months.

A few months ago there was an issue with listings that did not get renewed properly.  Several sellers essentially got free listings for a few years.  A few months ago, Etsy changed that.  At the time listings that had not expired properly did expire as Etsy forced the expiration  and a seller had to renew the listing.  This happened to many but it was in response to the issue of sellers not having listings expire as they should have.

I haven't renewed the one I spoke of yet.  I have several others that are milifiori that began in June.   used the exact same listing, the original to renew.  I had 77 one day recently that expired at the same time.

I don't know if I was one of of those who's never expired properly but I did see the conversation about so many expiring.
