I live in the US. I have only ever lived in the US. Every time I run an Etsy search it automatically filters for "Ships to Australia" and I have to unclick it. Even then, when I click on a listing it shows the shipping to Australia so I have to change that as well. I assume at some point I must have given Etsy some indication that I live in Australia, maybe while checking shipping for a customer, I don't know. I have gone through all my settings trying to figure out why this happens, but I cannot figure out how to fix this.
I know this seems silly, but it's getting mildly annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

When you scroll down to the bottom of any page on Etsy (except the forum) you have the option to choose country, language and currency.
What are your settings?
Check any other seller's listing to see if the ''ship to'' country shows your state/US. Maybe you changed it on another listing to Australia for some reason and didn't change it back.
Also check You/Account Settings/Preferences.
Go to the bottom of any Etsy page (dark blue banner section) to make sure the country, language and $ is set for the US etc.
Bottom of the page shows United States. Hmm.
Ship to shows as Australia. I change it every time but it never stick to the US, it goes back to Australia by the next listing I look at. Preferences show as United States, US Dollar, shop in US.
@WhirligigEmporium Check another listing, change to state/US, retype your zip code and submit.
I can get the shipping to my zip if I do that, but it will switch back to Australia on a new listing. It's not that big of a deal, just a little annoying.
View a listing, like you are a Buyer. Look at one of mine, or one of @TheVintagePineapple 's. If you scroll to the shipping part, change it back to your location & zip. It should stay that way, until you change it again.
