Scan Form

When I go to create the scan form all of a sudden it pops a new window that says "about:blank". Any solutions? It doesn't matter if its just for US mail vs international mail. I figured out that issue this spring. But this won't generate a scan form no matter what.

I'm not in the US so I can't test this out but if you carefully look around your browser are there any little alerts saying that a window has been blocked from opening? It could be that the browser, a plug-in or antivirus software is trying to protect you and you may need to override that protection.

Do you have another web browser installed on your computer to see if the same issue occurs in another browser?

I agree with @givemeacrown :  this sounds more like a browser issue.  I'd try a different browser.  I'd also try restarting your device.

Is it a date issue? If I recall correctly it will only let you print the scan sheet on the day the labels are dated. Are you shipping tomorrow? Its too late for them to be dated today I think.

"It is only possible to print a SCAN form for shipping labels that have both a purchase date and ship date of today. It is not possible to print SCAN forms for labels purchased on different days. "

I tried in safari and chrome. It randomly worked this morning.

I've had this issue as well. Some days it works, some days you click on "Create USPS SCAN Form" and nothing happens.
