My funds are on hold since almost 1 month

I am a Etsy seller sice 2019 with more than 5000 sales. Etsy has not transferred my money for almost 1 month. My store is open, I receive orders every day and e tithing is verified in my store. My seller info, my bank account info and everything was verified, but I still have a yellow banner that says my store is on vacation and my funds on hold. I have called and sent emails  thousands times and I do not get help or any answers. I am super worried about this situation, I am a small business, I need my money, I already shipped a lot of orders and I don’t have the money (aprox. 1600$). Please someone can help me.

The most common reason for money not being deposited is your CC has expired. Check to make sure this has not happened.

when you are sending emails, are you replying to the same support ticket or opening new ones?

Many of your items are either against Etsy TOU or IP infringing. Could it be the issue?
