Yes it is a scam, do not provide them any information and stick it in your spam folder

Yes, it is a scam.  Mark it as spam.  If you want to check, then look in the 'from Etsy' folder in your shop dashboard on a computer, not on the app.  You can also go to your shop and have a look at it.  Your shop is open and I can see all your listings.  If Etsy had suspended it, I wouldn't be able to do that.
