I am SO frustrated! I have been trying to add new listings for several days and every time I get to the "Category" section and type in the correct category, it won't accept it, even though I chose the category from Etsy's drop-down menu. So, when I go to finish the listing, it says it's unable to complete until I list the category! I'm going around in circles and losing sales!! And there isn't even a way to contact Etsy and get help.
So annoying and perplexing!!
