What did I do wrong to not get the star seller badge??

Star seller is only assigned on the first of each month.

They aren't issued until at least 90 days from your first sale, which was Nov 4th. You weren't eligible until at least Feb 4th, but since they only issue them on the first of the month, March 1st is actually the first time you will be eligible.
