No badge given because hand delivery

My star badge for shipping has been blocked, hence I didn't get the star seller, because one order doesn't have a tracking. It was hand delivered and didn't need one. 

Is there a way around it? It seems ridiculous to lose it for this.

No way around it. Star seller criteria is very clear about local deliveries not counting.

There isn't. I have NH customers who want to pick up their orders and I mark accordingly and have to take a hit for this.
