I have more than just one sale on Etsy. I have 2 total sales, but it’s only showing up as only one sold item. Why is that?
Hey There!
The star seller dashboard evaluates the shop for 3 month review period. If you only see on order for the current period more likely it is outside the 3 months review period. Learn more on how to become a star seller here.
Thanks!
I see 2 sales on your shop homepage.
Ok thank you. It showed only one item when I was reading up on the star seller tips. It said congratson your first order. Good to know you see two sales.
Did you see it from your phone or computer?
@EyeLoveMootsyApparel : Are you seeing this using an Etsy app or via mobile browser or desktop browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).
Via mobile on the star seller area. I made my second sale today and read up about the star seller section but it said I only had one sale.
I don't see any sales in your shop using Chrome browser on desktop. If you have sales, there should be an On Sale link in your Sections menu.
@AAANativeArts The OP is referring to how many sales (orders, items sold) she's had. She's not talking about a % off sale.
The OP is referring to sold items ...
"I have 2 total sales, but it’s only showing up as only one sold item. Why is that? "
Someone up top said they see 2 sales. I can only see my listings that aren’t expired via mobile phone.
I see two sales, all in one desktop, Chrome, Windows 11.
Are you looking at your dashboard? It may be set to display the activity for today
No, I was looking at the star seller subject after making a sale today. It said I sold one item and that it was my first sale but this is my second sale on Etsy.

You need to complete and modify your shop asap. You have to write descriptions like they are holding and touching your items, meaning , photos in ALL angles, types of wood or materials, dimensions and measurements, clearer pictures, and you have no protections. You have not set up your Shop Policies . Read the sellers handbook
Yes I do have a lot of work to do on my shop. It’s been in my list of things to do. Thank you for the advice.
@EyeLoveMootsyApparel : The Orders and Shipping page in shop manager should be the source of most accurate information on the number and status of orders.
