Sales Count

I just want credit for my sales. I have only made 5 sales (3 of them are recent so maybe it takes time despite it stating they are updated in real time), but 2 of them were months ago. It only shows I've made 1 sale. It's impossible to reach someone at Etsy...they have no trouble charging their fee's, shutting down your shop for errors even when they are their fault, deactivating listings for no reason, but giving credit for sales or reaching someone (even if just via email) is next to impossible. 

Like everything in life, the more money a company makes the less workable they become. 

I'm not asking for anything more than a simple sales count to be shown so it can encourage more people to purchase from my shop.

What are you looking at where you only see your shop has only made one sale? I see where your shop has made 5 sales.

I see 5 sales too.     

I would also suggest reading the link at the bottom of the page for selling on Etsy and what's permitted.     Etsy is cracking down on a lot these days and you have a few items that do not comply.

I have things that don't comply? I'm only selling digital downloads...images that do not include nudity, language or anything suggestive and they don't comply? There are shops selling the actual items (not just images printed on paper) and it seems to be fine. I guess I just don't understand the rational.

Where are you seeing "only 1 sale" in your shop manager?

You have 1 review (the 1 in brackets next to the stars under reviews).

The number in the brackets next to your stars in search is number of reviews, not sales.
