I'm running a sale in my shop, but it's not showing to viewers until they click on the actual listing. So it's not obvious the items are on sale. Seems like a bug that needs to be fixed.
I've reached out to tech support several times. Each time told my case is "escalated" but it's been over a week now so I'm getting frustrated. If you are also having this issue you can reach out to support this way:
We've reached out to support as well...multiple times. We actually first contacted them last year for their Labor Day Sales Event as that was the first time we noticed the glitch. So it has now been over a year without a permanent fix.
If you're a Star Seller I would definitely recommend chatting with Etsy and reporting this issue every day / week / month until it is fixed. Literally, all we can do is keep reporting it.
