I was average rating 5.0 and 99% on time shipping. It shows i'm only 94% response rate, but when i download my statistics file they provide, it shows I responded within 24 hours to every single message. This is frustrating especially in my biggest month of the year. Seems odd.

@TinyTotsDesign  When you downloaded your info, did you first select "Last period"? (This is something I initially had a hard time remembering.  And to be honest, more than once)

Make sure you differentiate between the CSV and Stats Summary for "Current Review Period" and the data for the "Past Review Period"

By default, the SSP Page shows "Current Review Period" but that is what you are working towards for the next Badge.

For the Badge awarded 01 Dec, you have to look at "Past Review Period"
