PERFECT SCORE-100% all the way--- and still no Star Seller Badge ???

There must be some technical error as I have been waiting since September to get the star seller badge.  

My shop review WAS SHOWING December 1 as the next date for review.  I have had a stellar record.  Next chance to quality was supposed to be today, December 1 and they have moved the date to December 31 now!  This makes no sense.  I downloaded message history and shipping and  it shows all the way down YES.  There is nothing amiss!  This must be a technical error.

Did you reach the required amounts for number of Sales and as well as dollar amount?

For December 1 Badge, it counts the Metrics for Sept., Oct. and Nov.  Then for January, it will count the Metrics for Oct., Nov. and Dec. (pardon if you already knew this).  

ETA:  Ignore my first question; just looked in your Shop.  You must have reached it.

Another ETA:  If you click "Last period" then "Download", does it claim you missed something?

@EnergyPeace As you are in US the requirements to qualify for any mini Badge and the SSP Badge are USD $ 300.00 AND Minimum 5 Orders in the immediat past 3 Month period

@ViaLove  Are you looking at Current Review Period (Oct,Nov,Dec)? These stats are for Badge to be awarded 01 Jan

You have to look at Past Review Period (Sept,Oct, Nov) for the stats which made up the Badge awarded ) 01  Dec

YES-- I had quite a few sales and reached required dollar amount.

The sales amount for the 3 month period is 5 sales and a minimum of $300.00. (I believe it was 10 sales and Etsy changed it to 5. *Someone correct me if wrong)

I didn't see what NanaLetha caught, sorry.  At the top of your Shop, you have the Badges for "Smooth Shipping" and "Rave Reviews".  But the one for answering Messages is missing.

If you go to your Star Seller page and select "Last Review Period" > "Download", does it claim you missed any Messages?

Was your first sale more than three months ago?  New shops must be trading for 90 days from the first sale before they are eligible for Star Seller Badges.  If your first sale was in September you probably would not have reached the 90 days yet.

when one view your shop it looks like responding to messages is what they dock you on. If you didn't miss any, just contact customer service and see if they can check it for you. I am not convinced it matters if we are star sellers or not. I have been it since they started the program and this is the worst holiday I have experienced.

I am so sorry to hear this!  Yes-- worse holiday I have experienced as well.  I wish I knew why.  It's been YEARS since I had such a slow month...I hope your sales pick up this month!

@ViaLove You're missing the message badge. On your Star Seller Dashboard, you can download a spreadsheet to show you what messages you did not respond to within the required time.

@ViaLove If you are looking at the top report, that's for the next period. You need to click on the tab that says Last Review Period to see the numbers for the Dec 1 badges.

There was a notice on my dashboard this morning that said it could take up to 24 hours for the Star Seller badges to update today. If your chart for the Last Period shows you qualify, there may just be a lag. You will have to contact Etsy to find out if that's the case. You're only talking to other sellers here in Forums. Etsy support does not reply to the numerous threads about Star Seller errors on the 1st of the month (or most of the rest of the time).

I did download the spreadsheet...it shows "YES" to responding to all on time.

I did figure out the problem though-- even though everything is 100% on my dashboard - I won't be able to qualify for star badge until January 1.

Make sure you differentiate between the CSV and Stats Summary for "Current Review Period" and the data for the "Past Review Period"

By default, the SSP Page shows "Current Review Period" but that is what you are working towards for the next Badge.

For the Badge awarded 01 Dec, you have to look at "Past Review Period"
