STAR SELLER SHIPPING TECHNICAL ISSUE

on my shipping section of star seller it's saying I have 7 orders missing shipping. I downloaded my past orders to check which ones:

 

*3 I'm currently doing so those can be ignored

 

*2 were orders that the customers wanted to physically pick up because they were local...I chose "complete" to the order, but was not aware that that would affect my seller shipping? is there a way to fix this???? they got their orders and loved them, I feel like this shouldn't count against me or be in my records because they literally got their orders

 

*the final 2 have to be glitches. both of them saying I didn't give tracking but when I clicked both order links they both HAVE TRACKINGGGGGG. and when I click the tracking number they say DELIVERED. PLEASE TECH SUPPORT FIX THIS. it's stressing me out that my seller info says "7 orders missing shipping" when that's not true.

The Help Center article about Star Seller is pretty clear about local pick ups here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403058372503-How-to-Become-a-Star-Seller?segment=selling

Scroll down to the bit about on time shipping and tracking and it says -

"What if I offer local pick-up or delivery for my items?

At this time, orders that don't have tracking because they are delivered or picked up in person will be considered shipped without tracking, and will not meet the Star Seller criteria for shipping. "

I know that the help center article directs sellers to post here for glitches or issues with star seller calculation but it's just us sellers here. They changed this to a peer to peer support forum a while ago now. If you need help from etsy you will need to contact etsy support directly. Keep in mind that they likely will not be able to change anything for star seller. They even cover that on the page I linked above in the highlighted bit "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. ..."

hi thanks for your response! I talked to customer service about this and get that and don't mind it not counting towards it but I feel like its counting against me when Im looking at my star seller section and it says "__ orders missing tracking" feel like its gonna be there til next year now

 

my number 1 concern is the two orders that actually have tracking and have been delivered, any advice for that or is that like a customer service technical issue?

and wow just read the bottom part, this woman on customer service told me the tech team would see it?! literally so annoying and I told her it said "peer to peer"

I'm gonna call them today because it's ridiculous

Would it be against Etsy policy to select "Other" as the carrier, enter "Pick Up" as the carrier name and use some internal number of your own for the tracking? And you do have a signed pick-up receipt from your customer.

@BagmakerSupply  Yes it actually is against policy and can you permanently removed from the Star Seller program.

Might be a bit late to respond, however the same thing has just happened to me just today. I would have gotten star seller status tomorrow-however, today my dispatch status dropped from 100 % to 91% today. It says 7 of my packages have no tracking. I shipped the multiple items to the same customer yesterday in one box, one tracking number. She bought them individually, and I gave her free shipping on all items.  I can show they were dispatched individually with the same tracking number. 3 of the “no tracking number items” were just a payment split into 3 for a single item. Etsy says they can’t do anything to change that-try again next month and they’re sure if I keep working hard, I’ll get the designation at some point, post the issue on the Tech forum. How incredibly frustrating and insulting. There is no phone number to call. I had 3 different reps respond to my emails. All said-can’t help, try next month. I have decided to close my shops.
