People Can't Buy From My Store

Just opened a store and everything looks setup right, but everyone gets an error when trying to pay

I put an item in the cart to checkout and it worked OK. It may be a problem with the buyers card

10 different people tried.   Do I have to setup Etsy payments?

I think you have to wait until ten people you don't know try to buy your product.

Etsy Payments:  The setup screen only lets me select "United States", but nothing else, and then errors when trying to save
I had 10 random people from all over the US try to buy and it failed everytime.  It's not a buyer issue

Your shop is not finished. Add policies on returns, refunds and cancellations. Add an "About" page describing why you are a jewelry designer and maker. Create some personal interest in your shop. If you have added everything, then check to see all your financial details are in order.

@BeadlesBraceletsCo what country are you in? Right now I believe Etsy only allows new shops in countries that support Etsy Payments.
