I WAS AT 94% ON REVIEWS WHEN i GOT 2 MORE 5 STAR REVIEWS BUT MY STATUS DIDN'T CHANGE. OTHER 2 COLUMNS ARE AT 100%. SHOULDNT IT HAVE UPGRADED?
If you got them the last day of the month, the algorithm may have already closed for June. Down load the Mar thru May review and see how many were counted, and what the cut off day was.
No, you still don't have enough 5 stars within the period to off set the 3 star you got in April. You needed 19, you only got 17.
Sorry, you just missed it - I counted 17 5-star and one less-than 5 star reviews in the 3 month (Mar, April, May) review period.
Previously*, you needed 19 5-star reviews to offset every less-than 5-star reviews.
* Rules just changed to maintain 4.8 stars in a 3-month period for Star Seller metric. Haven't seen the math on that yet!
Good catch - I haven't done the math to know how many 5 stars would be needed to off set any less thans with the new metric, if it actually changes anything.
@audreytherese I was waiting for someone else to do the math! LOL!
Looks like 14 5-star reviews will be needed to offset every less-than - starting in July
@CappuccinoLace never disappoints!
We’ll add up your ratings from the review period and divide that by the number of reviews you’ve received to calculate your ratings average.
14 reviews * 5 stars = 70 + 4 star review = 74 / 15 reviews = 4.933 average star rating.
I'm guessing this is how they will do it from July.
