On May 29th, the message replies were at 94%. New messages that were received and replied to on the 30th and 31st were not counted and if they had been the rating would have been 96% which would have given us a star rating for that category and already had the badge for the other two metrics. I'm sure I will be told that the algorithm for June cut off a couple of days early and that is why the 30th and 31st was not counted. (as you have told other sellers) But then don't tell us that the review period is March 1st to May 31st. This is not accurate then!!
Please review and reconsider our star rating.
