It seems that MANY sellers are having their favorite page change without their knowledge FREQUENTLY from Public to Private.
VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! No matter how many times a shop changes it back to public it goes private randomly.
Tried to contact messages and no one is answering anything now. I did get someone days ago and they said they would escalate it and get back to me by email and never heard a word!
DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN WITHOUT SOMEONE OR ETSY GOING IN AND CHANGING IT?
PLEASE ADVISE ASAP AS MANY SELLERS ARE VERY FRUSTRATED AS WE WORK HARD TO GET ANY KIND OF SALE THESE DAYS!
