Forced vacation mode

I had my shop put on pause because they couldn't validate my information. I had the blue banner on the top of my shop saying everything was OK but support asked me to look over my information. After 1 week they finally got back to me. I ended up putting In a owner's name change and now I realized I put soke information in the wrong spots that was like 3 days now and all I get is them asking me to be patient. I'm trying to be patient because it looks like they have a lot of people in the same boat as I am but this is just being a little excessive

Etsy is the only one that can fix this. You will have to contact them again.

It's not as simple as it appears to be.  With only a small group needing help among 7 million sellers, it will take time.  The initial errors you made will need to have the new information you now provided verified.  

There is really no way to escalate the issue.
