SHARE button in Listings Manager not working for Pinterest

When I've added new listings, normally once it shows up in Listings Manager I'll use the "share" button to post my new items to my Pinterest boards.

Nothing happens.

I have to go to the listing and hit the "Pin It" button.

This is very inconvenient and started Saturday 5/7 and is still not working properly today.

It's working for me. On Firefox and Windows 7.

Share button is wonky, sometimes you click to share, the share button disappears and s and your listing drops down to the top of your listings but the title does not show. FB trouble is real, it would not work, signed out of FB, tried again and it worked. It works about two out of every 10 listings. Pinterest and Twitter work fine

Using the share button Sunday, I found that the post to Facebook button has not work for me all day, but Twitter and Pinterest worked fine. (Windows 10, PC, Chrome)

Hi Lynn,

It doesn't look like your shop is properly connected to your Facebook business page at the moment. Can you double check on the link you have entered under Your shop > Shop settings > Info & appearance? Let us know what you find!

I keep getting "an error has occurred please try again". Can you contact me to assist in how to do this properly since I tried and something is still wrong. I have a personal and business account on FB with one log in.

Hi everyone,

There aren't any known issues with the option to share new listings to Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest at this time. If the button appears to be unresponsive, this usually points to a browser extension or add-on. Sometimes these tools interfere with the window that appears when sharing new listings.

I wasn't able to reproduce the same error on my end. It looks like the listing title is still displayed when I share my items to Pinterest.

Today is 4-23-19 and I'm having the same problem.  I try to post to Pinterest from my listing, then a blank page comes up.  When I look at my account settings there isn't anything linking it to Pinterest now when I think there used to be.  What's up?

I am having the same problem. Two days ago I could share one of my items to Pinterest and the next day....nothing. Just a blank screen. I cannot get it to load and I cannot get Pinterest to open at all. What do I need to do??
