Star Seller- Shipping missing tracking?

I shipped a sticker through the regular mail. It fit fine in an envelope, and I marked the order complete and the shipping method was USPS. This was via an envelope with stamp. It makes no sense to get a shipping label for a $4 sticker.

I lost star seller because of this. How am I supposed to mark these orders?

Etsy can't even track Royal mail, if you give them the number, the whole thing is a useless decoration, and best ignored.

You can buy your labels through Etsy -- there's a stamp rate (53 cents) that counts as being shipped with tracking.
