SCAN form

No matter how I select them, I can't print a SCAN form for today's shipments.  I get an error saying that they are not shipping today?

I am on Pirateship and I also could not get my labels to print today,  before I got to the scan sheet page. I use a Rollo printer for my labels. All was fine yesterday.

I can print labels, but cannot populate and/or print a scan form for today's labels purchased through etsy.

I had issues with PS downloading orders on Edge yesterday but Chrome worked. Today it was fine. I have never had a browser issue with PS before but maybe it was me. I did restart my computer after that.

I just printed two labels with a SCAN form on pirateship using Chrome.  No issues.  It's etsy's postage (specifically SCAN form population) that I have issue with.

@MommieMadeIt Try restarting your computer, clear cache and cookies and if that doesn't work try another browser. I haven't used Etsy labels for a while but I do remember that occasionally happening.

I tried all that.  None work, so it's an issue with etsy.  They're probably tweaking or making "improvements" in the background.  Again.

I DID have label printing issues with Etsy in the past with Chrome. This was back when the tech forum actually had admin presence. They said they could not duplicate it so it must be on our end even though a few dozen were reporting it in the thread. At the same time I was printing EBAY labels with chrome just fine. It finally magically "fixed itself" days later. The only other thing I can think of is if you are using an outdated Chrome browser. I do not have these issues on PS.
